Oh, my, OctopusMe is one of my favorites.... excellent choice!
I saw these a little while ago and I'm plotting to get some earrings eventually. They make me want to create some octochair jewelry too.
You should absolutely make octochair jewelry! I would buy it. Or trade for it ;) And post about it on this here blog.
I'm planning to make some copper jewelry out of old printing plates and some of them will be octos. I just have to wait until the budget allows for a jewelry saw, etc (and I just sold some knickknacks on eBay, so maybe that will be soon!).
